NORTH TONAWANDA-Pulp 716 Coffee and Comics, is the newest business to open its doors on Webster Street in Downtown North Tonawanda. Located at 31 Webster Street, Pulp 716 is an independent comic book café featuring historical coffee blends, bubble tea, comic books, and pop culture merchandise.

After great success in Downtown Lockport (opened in 2015), Pulp 716 has decided to expand into a second location in North Tonawanda. Owners Amy and Jay Berent truly believe that Downtown North Tonawanda is a perfect fit for their second store location. "We are very excited to open our doors in North Tonawanda. Webster Street is reminiscent of a Norman Rockwell painting and we are happy to be its newest addition."
Pulp 716's literacy program will also extend to the new location on Webster Street. This program recruits comic book authors to aid adults and children to strengthen their reading and comprehension skills through the use of comic books. The program, including comics to take home, is free.
To welcome Pulp 716 into Downtown North Tonawanda, a ribbon cutting event will be held on Tuesday, August 22nd at 11:00 AM, at 31 Webster Street.
