NORTH TONAWANDA— City of North Tonawanda Mayor Arthur G. Pappas & wife Linda announce the upcoming 8th Annual Mayor's Charity Snowflake Ball to be held on Saturday, February 17th at the NEW LOCATION, Gratwick Banquet Hall at 110 Ward Road in North Tonawanda.  Following the tradition set by former Mayor Ortt and his wife Meghan, a local charity was designated.
This year the charity is the Boys and Girls Club which benefits over 3,500 youth in Erie and Niagara County. The organization currently runs eight different sites in the Tonawandas including Spruce School, Drake School, NT Middle School in North Tonawanda and the Newman Family Club, Fletcher School, and Tonawanda Middle School in Tonawanda.  Summer Camp is offered at Camp Spirit in North Tonawanda, where many NT adults attended the fun filled camp in their youth.
The festive charity event is an evening of music, cocktails, and food most of which is donated by local restaurants.  Please consider attending the event or making a donation for this worthwhile cause.  You may call the North Tonawanda Mayor's office at 716-695-8540 to make reservations.
